During opening hours Cubbies is supervised by three staff members, both male and female.  These staff members all hold a Working with Children check, and have undergone an Australian Police Check.

Members of the Cubbies staff have been familiar faces around Fitzroy for a number of years.  They have formed strong relationships with the community over these years and have gained valuable local knowledge and support.

Save the Children provides regular staff training to improve the care and guidance provided to our children. An important program that is used by all staff is PATHS
